Watched some clips from the cult meeting/convention in Dallas. That was a couple days of pure insanity! How can the GOP defend this?

It makes no sense.

The doctor who tried to save lives during Covid is being treated like a villain. The traitors who beat up cops at the Capitol on Jan. 6 are being treated like victims or heroes. It's American madness.

Yes! Many people can't define socialism but when it's explained to them, they are open to it. This country needs to value and care for all citizens rather than cater to the wealthy.

🔥 Jon Stewart Defends Democratic Socialism: “When you call it SoCiALiSm, I think it’s a misnomer — It’s about strengthening a safety net for a country that has suffered too long overvaluing capital and money, and undervaluing labor and work. That’s it.”

As I watch the livestream at the Kennedy Center, I'm filled with anticipation, imagining the excitement in two and a half years when all things Trump will be demolished and the country begins rebuilding better and stronger. There will be so much JOY!

I'm supposed to be packing for our move next week, but I can't quit watching the livestream from the Kennedy Center. I feel joy when the crowd chants "Take down the T first!"

I hope there are people swarming the Kennedy Center right now, removing Trump's name. Think like MAGA! If it was Obama or Biden's names, they would be on ladders with crowbars right now.

I'm supposed to be packing for a trip and instead I'm frozen with indecision over what clothing I am going to want to wear in four days. I think I'm going to have to take everything.

A member of our family who voted for Trump 3x called my husband (not a text, he actually CALLED) and said he regrets his votes, that he was wrong. I was in the room and managed to avoid saying "I told you so" but it was definitely in my thought bubble. The tide really is turning!

A felon and a former Fox host just started an illegal war with no approval or explanation. All because too many Americans didn't like the way Kamala Harris laughs.

Members of Congress are questioning Hillary Clinton about someone she never met while half the administration is named in the Epstein files and the GOP ignores that factual information. I'm simmering with rage today.

I bought a walking pad because I want a way to exercise when the outdoors is too cold, too hot, too wet or too people-y. Important note: I'm a klutz. First day, I kicked the side and knocked myself off balance and fell, scraping up the entire right side of my body. The safety key did NOT detach.

I laid on the floor, looked to the heavens and said "Okay, God, message received." I packed up the walking pad and returned it. Bought a Desk Cycle. My daughter suggested a seat belt for my chair. I laughed. She said "Not joking, Mom." I love it and so far have managed to stay upright in my chair.

The child-in-chief raised tariffs on the world from 10-15 % using a different authority (that lasts just 150 days) because… He’s pouting and wants to feel strong. Regardless of your opinion of Donald, he’s a baby and this is stupid and the history books will judge us. Harshly.

What a joyous halftime show! The ending with the sign and flags made me cry. I can't wait to re-watch. The little boy he handed his Grammy to...was that LIAM?

I'm reading contradictory information on if the child was Liam. He was shown so briefly I'm not sure. I hope we get confirmation.

This is a terrible photo. Horrifying. I don't want to look but we all have to see. WE MUST NOT LOOK AWAY! If we stand together as a nation, we can defeat this evil. Accountability may not come today or tomorrow but it will happen if we continue to resist fascism in all its forms.

NEVER FORGET THIS PHOTO. THIS MAN WAS MURDERED BY A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE CURRENTLY OPERATING OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE.

"That's fine, dude, I'm not mad at you." Then he shot her three times and called her a "f***ing bitch" as he walked away. I can't get this out of my head.

The Stranger Things finale was satisfying and I loved it, and the ending scene was perfection. It made me cry through my Lexapro. I'm going to miss Hawkins and the Party. Thanks so much to the Duffer Bros & the amazing cast & crew who gave us five superb seasons of this absolute gem of a show.

I decorated for Christmas, but it felt like too much clutter and clutter makes me claustrophobic. I packed up half of it and sold it on Marketplace. Now I can enjoy the holidays with my peace intact, and I'm free of "stuff."

Where are they? Where are the homeless people who disappeared from the streets in Washington DC? The American people need answers!

More than 1800 detainees are missing after the closure of Alligator Alcatraz. Their families and lawyers can’t find them and they’ve vanished from the ICE database. Feels like this should be a much bigger story www.miamiherald.com/news/local/i...

There is no world in which it is normal for the president to publicly call upon his attorney general to hurry up and prosecute his political foes. It’s like the Watergate tapes but posted on social media. Let’s get a grip on what’s happening here.

I've lost 70 lbs and am having a hard time buying clothes in my new size. I keep wanting to revert to bigger sizes because??? Is this body dysmorphia? Am I seeking comfort in the familiar? Do I not trust my mirror? Anyway....release the Epstein files.

A pointless (but pointed) military flyover was planned for the time of the survivors' press conference. Nevertheless, they persisted. Women will save this country.

I watched the Epstein survivors' press conference, and I'm in awe of these women. It takes great courage to speak out. They have to re-live the worst experiences of their life in order to force JUSTICE.

States with the highest crime rates are sending their National Guard units to blue cities with lower crime rates. Blue states are sending their tax money to red states impoverished by GOP policies. This level of insanity is not sustainable.
