I was typing up some long analysis post after reading the latest One Piece chapter, but decided to abandon it partway through since putting my thoughts to words just wasn’t working how I wanted this time. What’s important is: I truly love Sanji, my favorite character in OP going on 10 years now

I know Game Key Cards are very contentious (and rightly so…) but $50 for Ys VIII for Switch 2 + a soundtrack selection CD + a keychain (eh) + a kinda neat bandana (huh?) doesn’t sound like a bad deal. Not that I’m interested right now.

Thing I absolutely don’t need: secondary potential romantic interest introduced dozens of chapters into a story (or at all, but that’s a whole different complaint) to “mix things up.”

When I’m reading a wholesome, cutesy romcom, I don’t suddenly want a new character expressing romantic interest in one of the pair and throwing a wrench in things acting like they have any place in this story. Get. Out.

Just gave my sister feedback on how I think she can improve her common app essay or what she did really well with, and my feedback was nearly as many words as her essay lol

I guess since support is maintained regardless of story path, even restarting the chapter didn’t reset my support progress. That’s a benefit at least. Guess that means farming any missed supports will also be easy. #FireEmblemFortunesWeave #FEFW

Losing progress over this is *seriously* bothering me… what backwards-ass game design in this day and age to be able to lose hours of progress for optional side content of all things

Just learnt Dietrich cannot retreat bc I decided I’d see if I could beat a higher level skirmish VS enemies I’d not seen before (just beat a diff 1 at the same lvl) & found I couldn’t. Now I have to restart the whole chapter. WOW this is so fun ahhaahahhahahahahahaaha #FEFW #FireEmblemFortunesWeave

I just hope I can feel motivated to play tomorrow… Dietrich’s path has already been annoying for me so far since I’ve not been able to recruit a sixth party member yet. I already used Io and Kiroc on earlier paths and they’re the only early renown recruits… and I’ve not even been able to passively

TLDR: A scripting language used for a lot of major and other websites had two vulnerabilities discovered, so developers issued emergency patches that websites are now implementing to avoid any security issues

This has genuinely killed the whole way I wanted to play Dietrich’s path. I wanted to just tackle as many skirmishes as possible while playing it and see how strong they could get, but if fighting skirmishes risks reseting hours of progress… no thanks

I’m going to turn off the alt-text requirement setting for at least a while—for some reason typing in the alt-text box is having some crazy issues (randomly moving the text cursor, missing inputs, no auto correct) and I can’t handle it. It’s making any post with pictures take way longer…
