Day 26 of #MÖRKTOBER with "Dice"! The table was softened by years of rot and spilt ale. I brought the knucklebones from my own sheep that I grew up with as a young herder. Suspicion quickly grew along with my purse of silver and I knew it was time to leave this reeking tavern.
Doors open and close by themselves. Objects move on their own. There's even been some cases where a patron's beer mug is completely emptied in front of them. Yet despite the signs of a haunting, no one seems to mind. Some even welcome it. (continued)
Everyone in Palace loves the Laroque Social & Dice House. It shines like a beacon amidst the crumbling and battered infrastructure of the city. However, patrons have recently been noticing odd occurrences during the later hours. Lights suddenly start flickering. (continued)
Day 25 of #MÖRKTOBER with "Moth"! The lazy oil wick sputtered into life. That's when the moths fluttered out of the dark and into view for the warmth and light. first a few, then a dozen more. It was after the first hundred I began to hear what terrible things they were saying.
Some folks live for the chase. Is it the adrenaline rush? Is it the promise of a reward at the end? For lovers of Mothman Ale it's about a sip of the best ale on the Lost Frontier. When Quint Callinan first encountered the cryptid out in the Dust Barrens, he was inspired to make a brew (continued)
so good and so rare that only the passionate would be rewarded. Now the search for the rare and elusive brew has become a Frontier-wide competition. Recently Callinan sweetened the pot by adding that those who find the Mothman Ale will be rewarded with the secret about his encounter with the cryptid
Most roleplaying design is done after hours. Working fulltime is rare. That Wizards of the Coast tries to steal the afterhours work of its employees spits in the face of our industry's history.
Currently, Hasbro’s guidelines keep us from having total ownership over the work we make in our free time. Our union aims to change that and ensure we own what we make in our free time.

#MÖRKtober Day 24: Miasma
There is a mushroom that only grows around dead bodies. Atop a tapering stalk with hair-like fibers, it incorporates teeth into the outer edge of its cap. The central dome emits a fetid stench, potent enough to aggressively deter any animal or person that comes close.
Day 24 of #MÖRKTOBER with "Miasma"! The driverless cart slumped over the cobblestones with a drooling and cackling ass at the head. Piles of rags and other discarded objects were towered high in the rotting box, creating a terrible cloud from which there was absolutely no escape.
Much like Carcass Country, the locals will tell you to watch your step in Sunken Hill. Those who don't listen make the mistake of stepping on one of the many natural swamp traps unleashing the dreaded and foul-smelling miasma. But that is where Garl's Swamp Suit comes in. (Continued)
The most reputable protection suit brand out there, it keeps you safe from corpse flies, overwhelming stenches, and poison gas. And if you pay a little extra, they will include a set of wipers for your suits' visor.
Patrons of Gillie's Entertainment House make all sorts of claims that are a mixture of truth, insanity, pure fiction, or simply attention grabbers. One such claim that has been making the rounds is that some patrons are seeing the dead walk right into the establishment. (Continued)
"They blend right in as if they were normal," they like to say. "They come in with a map and say that they go where it leads them." Of course this could always just be the ramblings of another inebriated wacko. But I must say that last person that walked in had an odd scent about them.
#MÖRKtober Day 22: Poison
It is rumored that The Two-Headed Basilisks came into possession of a lone fang from one of the two-headed basilisk prophets when discovering the Nameless Scriptures, venom still intact. The venom is still potent, but extraction and storage must be done very carefully.
Day 22 of #MÖRKTOBER with "poison"! A profession most foul! Able to dial in death or incapacitate before an important battle, the poisoner's ability to scramble the humors and toil the guts certainly has its place in this blasted world. Plenty of toxic mushrooms for the brew!
The Jotham Building is one of the largest buildings in Ft. Gullet. As host to a myriad of store fronts, you can find anything you need from the most mundane items to things not well received under the eyes of the law. (continued)
Lately there have been rumors that there is a seller of very strong potions that will only do business with you if you utter a specific phrase. Can you figure it out? 😉
#MÖRKtober Day 21: Wall
You saw it from a distance and approached it to ensure there was no doubt. As you got closer, all uncertainty disappeared; before you was a wall reaching past the clouds and to either side, with no end in sight. Ignoring who built this, or why, there has to be a way around.
