Last night, Trump said Iran’s nuclear program was “completely and totally obliterated.” This morning, JD Vance says we will “permanently dismantle that nuclear program over the coming years.” Which is it? Sounds like more endless war against the will of the American people.

While Trump crows about supporting mothers & kids, remember... -His FDA suspended one of its quality-control programs for milk -He’s trying to repeal limits on lead exposure and cancel grants that protect kids from chemicals -Car seat and stroller prices are up due to tariffs

I’ve been in or around politics for over a half-century now. I’ve watched as corporations and the super-rich flooded D.C. with campaign cash and ransacked our system. It won't be easy, but here’s how we break the corporate oligarchy and return power to the people.

Undocumented immigrants paid an effective federal income tax rate of 5.27% in 2022. That means they paid a higher effective tax rate than 5 of the richest Americans…and a higher effective tax rate than 55 mega corporations. So let me ask you: who are the real freeloaders?

The lesson of the "China shock" isn't actually about trade. It's about how hard it is for workers and communities to adapt to rapid economic changes. Now Trump is trying to reshape the global economy overnight, with potentially devastating consequences. #EconSky www.nytimes.com/2025/04/11/b...

One of the greatest ongoing scandals of today is that our elected officials — Democrats included — continue to refuse to ban members of Congress and their families from trading stocks.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

This is why you fight these cowards. The moment you stand up to them, they crumble. Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights. He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

Hold the fuck on — the Department of Government Efficiency, the entity which claims its mission is to end “wasteful spending”, was given SEVEN MILLION TAXPAYER DOLLARS to cover its “expenses” in the span of a single week?!?! Are you fucking kidding me?!?

Trump's treasury nominee Scott Bessent, who is worth ~$500 million, said extending Trump's tax cuts for the rich is "the most important economic issue of the day." When asked if we should raise the federal minimum wage above the current paltry $7.25 an hour, he said, "No, sir."

Remember: Almost all of us are the descendants of immigrants who fled persecution, or were brought to America under duress, or sought better lives for themselves and their descendants. Politicians who stoke fear and hatred over immigration want you to forget this. Do not.

You are up to date.
