Writers, can we please have a moratorium on “weaponize,” “existential threat,” and “saying the quiet part out loud”? Just stop leaning on those worn clichés. If I read all three in one article, unless two of them are in direct quotes, that author is dead to me.

One really under-appreciated aspect of UBI is that it makes the arts more accessible. The reason that British music was so good in the 90s, for example, is because artists could create while being supported by a strong benefits system.
