I don’t know how or why this alliance between LSU and Auburn fans in this corner pocket of our universe formed but it’s one of the rare few good developments in college football for the past couple of years. LSU won 38-17 and it wasn’t even my third favorite part of the day. War Damn, Geaux Tigs

Yes, I’m biased but I submit that pound for pound, no rivalry is as chaotic as LSU-AU. It has everything: -An earthquake -a literally barn burner -Jersey superstition -multiple 20-point comebacks -A conference playoff game -a fake spike Hail Mary -a loser leaves town game -and no pass interference

It neither demonizes or defends a convicted felon, which would have been so easy to do. It centers around a belief that the more you know someone, the harder it is to speak in black and white terms about them. Which, idk, feels pretty important right now, could just be me!

You should watch You Can See Everything whether or not you’re fascinated by Holmes or Fielder. I argue you should watch it ESPECIALLY if you’re not. It refuses to frame its main character in a binary and asks the how and why rather than the what, which is the baseline of our attention span.
