Synodic Scribe

Our guests for tomorrow's show are @moosiferloringstar.bsky.social @emunarum.bsky.social @synodicscribe.bsky.social & @frostymog.bsky.social !

Beastmaster provided some interesting challenges! But learning fights is like learning lore, easily settled once you see how it all connects. We'll have to see how people fair if/when the ranked mode eventually drops! #ffxiv

I was visited by one of my agents this weekend. Agent Tonberry has been doing good work.

Sorry this took so long. TLDR, lost almost everything to data corruption and needed to start over. BUT! I'm proud to say that it's time for the Viera to step into the spot light in today's video! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAk7...

Do you know a notorious cutscene skipper? Did you get some new friends into FFXIV? Or do you desire a refresher on major plot points? I've got you covered! As this video will cover all the lore you'll need to know before the release of the Evercold expansion! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUJt...

At least we now know that fish can survive on a frozen Reflection despite the drastic difference in aetheric alignment. Some people will be pleased as punch to know that, I'm sure.

So one of my FC mates learned that you can make Beastmaster "DUAL WIELD" other weapons. They believe switching jobs right before teleporting caused the glitch. Either way, watch out for Beastmaster with Viper Sword! It's the new hidden job!

Ok everyone gather around and remember to leave your theories in the comments. I wanna see all the craziest theories you've got for the coming Evercold expansion! www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-aE...

Huh, this is a weird lookin dog.

That feeling when you're trying to level Beastmaster but Odin suddenly spawns in front of you. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch him. Yet.

Ok! Everyone who placed bets on the Shield tank can take their winnings! Everyone else needs to go back to the drawing board and start theory crafting on the new Ranged Phys DPS! In the mean time, watch this video discussing Bastion's lore! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMbP...

What I think about whenever I hear someone bring up the idea of Blitzball in FFXIV.

Time to address the elephant in the room. The drop of a familiar scythe within patch 7.5. So, lets talk about that and what it might me for the future shall we? #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVSs...

Surprise video on the new jobs in Evercold for #ffxiv! Come in and cast your lots on what kind of weapons you think they'll reveal in the future. www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7hR...

So with the reveal of a new Saga in #FFXIV I wanted to make a video addressing the implications such a title brings. So lets begin a dialogue about the Godless Realm Saga and lemme know what you think it'll mean for the future! www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYnc...

As a proud Warlock main that had played Destiny since the beta of D1, I'm sad to see Destiny 2 writing its last chapter. While I'm no surprised at this, it is unfortunate to hear. But I'll always remember the fun times, PvP matches, and listening to lore from the talented Byf.

I've been comparing notes on a few things in Evercold's reveal but this guy's glowing eyes always stand out to me. But I can't decide what it means. Simply tempered? An Ascian perhaps? Aetheric Ice Corruption, like with voidsent/sin eaters? Etc? What do you all think? #ffxiv

It's my deepest hope that people know more about Norse Mythology than what the God of War franchise told them. Otherwise I'm gonna have to make another video after this one. #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=FY5e...

Alright everyone! It's time to gather around and discuss the many mysteries surrounding Azem. Their strange disappearance during the Final Days, and what the new reveals surrounding Ethos might mean for the lore of Evercold! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8Y3...

"That looks like fun! You're just using Aether to simulate buoyancy right? I wanna try!" -Some Masked Nerd Probably Fan Art by Muunokhoi Hotaago

Time to start covering the rest of the Jobs before Evercold releases and gives me more to research. So enjoy this Gunbreaker video! I think... maybe I'll cover the history of the Viera next. Perhaps. #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRnt...

What happens when the big bad isn't any one person, but an event? Time for us to discuss the Solstice and its upcoming threat in #ffxiv's future expansion, Evercold. I hope you enjoy the video! www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVTO...

No, you don't remember the details of this guy. Yes, you this is a refresher. Yes, we will discuss what future job he might be tied to in the future of Evercold. So take your homework. #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/BEX8b...

While I didn't cover everything I wanted to, here's a video going over some of the larger brush strokes of Evercold's trailer and some topics worthy of discussion. Don't forget to subcribe and share if you want more videos like this in the future! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2yR...

My favorite fan theory surrounding all the serpent imagery in #ffxiv Evercold would have to be the one where everyone is going... "SCREEEEEEE!"

Even when I'm not there, I leave my mark. Splendid work agent Tonberry. #ffxiv

My agent is making his rounds through the convention hall. We've much to discuss in these coming months don't we? #ffxiv

While I unfortunately couldn't attend this year's fanfest, you could say I've got a tonberry on the job. He'll be giving me all the delicious details live and spreading the love of lore in my place! So I hope you're all excited to see what's in store for #ffxiv this weekend!

What kind of lore master would I be if I didn't snag a few shots of the Eorzea Dream Festival happening this weekend? Looks like everyone is having a great time and enjoying some sick beats this weekend! #ffxiv

FINALLY! Max Mastery feels good! Now to sneak into some Forked Tower runs before the North Horn unlocks... #ffxiv

I had to double take when I saw this... Can something like this even be real? It feels like it should be a troll or bait right? Lemme know your thoughts. lol

Hey that's me! MOM I'M ON THE TV!

Nidhogg, I get you buddy. But, you really needed to get out of your own way. #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/_HhXU...

I've never been betrayed by my love of lore so much in my entire life... www.youtube.com/shorts/Fivx7...

Remember when some people were begging for Necromancer to be a job after this dungeon? I remember. #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/lozgg...

It's a shame Geomancers don't have a stronger presence in the MSQ. Imagine what a skilled Geomancer might say in regards to the all the natural phenomena your WoL has recently run into within #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/uVR0c...

That feeling when you're collecting footage for the Gunbreaker lore video but accidently get a killer shot. #FFXIV

I've always found the lil emote characters do during a limit break to be funny. But what's even funnier is the lore attached to that action. #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/Ht26V...

Not every recording session is the same. Or good for that matter.

Decided to try something a bit different this time. Instead of covering the lore of just one game, I'm tackling the Lore of Gaming itself. So lets enjoy some rich history eh? www.youtube.com/watch?v=klZ9...

Real or not. There's no stopping the Blue Juice. #FFXIV www.youtube.com/shorts/dftqR...

Seriously though, you Machinist mains need to speak up when it comes to cool technology that your character doesn't have any access too. Come on now, how save pride in your lore! #ffxiv www.youtube.com/shorts/ZOW0t...

It's been a while since I caught up my thoughts on the early builds of #soulframe. Be sure to let me know if you're as interested in DE's future project as I am! www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKMM...

I'm honestly surprised this never came up on the story. If the fighters of the Arcadion want to keep using Monster Skills there's always the nearby tribes in Tural to learn this art from. haha www.youtube.com/shorts/xfLzv...

Happy New Year everyone! Looking forward to sharing it with all my fellow lore nerds!

Time to go over all that happened in Patch 7.4 of #FFXIV's MSQ and compare it our usual data. These lore breakdowns are always fun, so be sure to let me know what you think of the current story! www.youtube.com/watch?v=udCS...

Places your bets everyone place your bets! Share this video around so I can start pooling together the #FFXIV's community's biggest picks for NEW ZONES in this MMO's next expansion! www.youtube.com/watch?v=hz-7...

Remember meeting Papalymo's dad? Endwalker was full of unexpected reunions to be sure. #ffxiv www.youtube.com/shorts/XvRsD...

What do you think Calyx will be used for in the future of FFXIV's story? Will he risk oblivion again? Or will he choose to remain hidden away out of fear the end he tried so hard to avoid? I look forward to seeing your thoughts! www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CGE...

I couldnt make it to gateway this year but my dear friend @synodicscribe.bsky.social got me the most important thing. A Zenos keychain, his business card, and a ticket from the aquarium meetup. Truly I am blessed to have such wonderful friends.
