Our call for papers for our two-day conference 'What does a good digital society look like?' closes on 29 October. We invite proposals for papers, panels and workshops from any discipline or sector interested in coming together to talk about the digital society in which we want to live.

We are delighted to be working with Stefanie Posavec on an artwork representing our research about a good digital society. Stefanie is a data-driven artist and author, best known for Dear Data. We are excited to share more about the artwork and where you can see it next year.

Our directory helps you find expertise across disciplines and institutions, each with a focus on our central question: what makes a good digital society and how do we get there? Use the directory to find an expert or a potential project collaborator from our network. digitalgood.net/directory/

We are commissioning an artwork or visualisation representing our research and findings. It needs to be simple, visually engaging and effective at communicating with multiple audiences. We are looking for a high-profile, high-impact visualisation or artwork through this commission.

Amongst other uses, it will be displayed in physical exhibitions, online, and in a Z-fold leaflet if the chosen medium permits. We have a budget of up to £40,000 for this (inclusive of VAT where charged). This could be created by an artist or visualiser working alone or with others.
