The 2026 Moxtober prompts have been released. This time it's Macbeth themed, awkward because witches don't form a major part of any of my roadmapped custom sets. However, I'm still committing to each design being part of the proposed sets I have planned. Each post will contain the set name.

It was so stupid when they cast Josh Brolin as an Eternal from Titan, he doesn't even look like an 8ft 3in purple super being. Shake my head. /S

had someone pop a vessel on Threads cause I said I liked Oscar Isaac Moon Knight and bro said “he doesn’t even look like Clint Eastwood like the artist based him on”

You can deny it all you want, I'm sticking to how I interpret this artwork.

The Inner Light is a beautiful episode of television. I've cried watching it. One of my absolute favorite Star Trek episodes. For people that haven't seen it, Picard is playing a flute in the art. He is NOT hitting the space vape for fat rips.

Managed to acquire a ticket from someone who unfortunately is now unable to attend. Feels bad that someone misses out due to illness, but pleased to be able to attend and see friends. I really need that right now.

Of course, nothing can go right this month, can it? Now I find out that my purchase for a Command Fest ticket - which I did back in May - never got processed so I'm out of a chance to attend this weekend. I'm so frustrated with everything.

I'm just so pissed off. I just want to play Magic and can barely get a game in once a fortnight. I just want to work and I'm getting turned down for roles because the fucking AIs ignore my significantly higher level of qualification that the advised minimum. More shit in a shit year.

It's just been a consistently shit year and these events have been the main - perhaps only - things I've had to look forward to. I'm trying to understand what happened to my booking but it's likely that I can't get a ticket, unless someone is unfortunately unable to attend who's already got one.

Good game tonight and the final online test for Kwia. Kept a dodgy hand because of a Serra Ascendant, and really should of shipped it. Got a lucky set of draws, with only one Shamanic Rev for 4 cards being extra cards, and closed with an Ajani 0. Deck wants on more burst draw spell.

moxfield.com11 [GW] The Green/White Lotus - Commander (Kwia Vigorbloom)A Commander deck featuring Kwia Vigorbloom by Cryptic | Dingus Egg • 05.10 Ongoing WIP, still developing the payoffs for Lotus tokens through playtesting.

Might need to find another angle to close the game beyond combat, but I refuse to lean on Aetherflux Reservoir. Any suggestions that leverage life total in Selesnya that aren't tokens, or combat are appreciated. That said, I will be bringing this list to Command Fest next weekend.

We've got an early look at one of the Stranges, thanks to the Secret Lair Countdown Kit: Marvel's History of Heroes. Turns out, this version will be an UNCOMMON. What!? Definitely building this one, but very likely to have another two main set, in addition to the precon Strange deck. Damn!!

The arcane aspects of Marvel are some of the deepest, weirdest and best parts of the comics, and allowing Magic story writers to help craft a unique story within it is incredible. As long as they do Strange, Scarlet Witch and the like justice on cards, this sounds incredible!

This was a really fun stream to watch. I definitely suggest you check the VOD, but also the next ones.

Really fun stream today: - kind of got into 3D World Runner - Action 52 even worse than expected - Nightmare on Elm Street was so much fun - despite my preconceptions I got really really into Battle Kid - Battletoads / Double Dragon was awesome. Roll on next stream for more NESbook games!

I had a Mardu version of this which used a Bolas's Citadel effect to get free spells but didn't feel it fit the art I had. I think ultimately, I'll rename this to feel more planebound and keep the Omni- name for something that deals in free spells for another time. Still happy with the text box.

Day 11 - Resolute Designed for Khesgard. Want to continue the Omni- super cycle, didn't like FRA's Omnipresence so wanted to move away from the free spell aspect. Omnipotence is in the God set for theme. I actually think this card is something that they will print for this title one day.

That single decision ultimately decided the game and was might conveniently given when City were under pressure. I'm furious and because it was a second yellow, there will be no review process so now we're without Grav for the next game too. It's weaponised incosistency.

You see what happens when we put in nothing challenges, we get sent off. It's so clear that the officiating threshold for what constitues a yellow if it's by us is so much lower than anyone else. What's the point in being horrible to play against when referees send you off for nothing?

The referees cabal once again. Ignores the 60-odd minutes of City either only conceding free kicks or in some cases, not even that for more blatant acts of SPA. Remember, Doku was in his own half and there were 8 Liverpool players between him and the goal. Guehi avoids yellow for handball. 🤷

Kavanagh is a City agent, has been for years, so I'm not actually surprised he's given that decision. He's a cheat, and is allowed to be a cheat, and then the head referee just backs him up for cheating. He needs sacking as a referee as this isn't remotely the first time.

I'm not the most *into* the Marvel UB mainly because comics stuff isn't my usual scene, but the new Darkhold set looks like a pretty cool idea! Its focus might help bridge the gap in vibes between MtG and Marvel, but the brand-new narrative arc writing is what REALLY intrigues me!

I don't really get excited by UBs, I'm not invested in most. Marvel was the first one I really *got*, but even then, Super Heroes doesn't do it for me. But Magic, the Dark Dimension, demons, wizards, The Darkhold. That stuff really flies with me. Please just give us a cool Strange.
