Today I completely busted an entire testing environment for 20 minutes because I forgot a thing existed that would be on the same order of "lolwat" as forgetting *the moon exists*. But also I did tests and the rollback took all of 120 seconds which is way better most the company.

There was a summer when ZSNES hit its stride performance-wise and I played the mother effing hell out of every last JRPG from the SNES era because my family couldn't afford more than one PS1 game a year and I think about that summer alt-tabbing between ZSNES and GameFAQs a LOT.

Also I forgot to mention I had an ENTIRE BIT for all my character names in WoW Retail and the way I CRINGED at Shadowlands era me.

WoW Midnight was on sale so I picked it up and holy shit wtf happened over there in retail? WeakAuras is gone in a hissy fit. There's like 500 native UI elements. I forgot how overwhelming and *fast* WoW is these days. Beast Master Hunter is a relatively easy rotation and I am so overwhelmed.

Watching a friend play XCOM 2 and I always laugh at how little actual time you spend doing the TRPG battles and the fact he's been fussing about in his base menus for over an hour now.

I mean, don't get me wrong, RAM prices are definitely dragging consumer PC demand. But the media reporting right now is just glossing over the fact that the demand has been cratering year over year for a long time now and the big "AI Computer" push did jack diddly squat to force an upgrade cycle.
