It's past time to make adding "service charges" for debit cards ILLEGAL. Retailers, and restaurants, that charge a percentage for doing so are STEALING from customers. Credit cards charge a percentage; debit cards charge pennies for transactions. Debit cards should be treated as cash, as intended.
