My pal Danielle Koenig shared that her father Walter Koenig passed away last night at age 90. A performer whose kindness and warmth shone through the screen. He will be well remembered.

Been rewatching Fear the Walking Dead from the beginning and nothing broke my heart more than human John being killed by Dakota and then washing ashore for his wife June to kill zombie version of him.

My biological sister's son is in a school competition to collect funds for band. He pledged $400. He's already over $1K thanks to his grandmother donating $500. Must be nice to be one of 2 grandkids.

I find it funny that NOW they are concerned with towns being walkable. They build box neighborhoods that don't connect . The only option is for someone to get on the highway. They finally built an HEB but to get out it'll take 5 cycles. cbsaustin.com/news/local/u...

Apparently sometime in the past 5 years, I had a heart attack. Apparently it’s a blockage that my heart decided to work around. The doctor said he doesn’t want to do surgery on it and it doesn’t eliminate my need for a kidney transplant.

Work: don't tell us what's wrong with you. Also work: we need to know more about why you need to work from home Again work: why did you include the medical diagnosis in your request?

Got my kidney doc to write a letter to allow me to work from home because the people in my office are sickos and come in with every disease, coughing all over everyone.

When you have kidney failure, did you know your insurance may or may not cover all the services in your home area? My choices are as follows, stay in the home capital where your company is located to also work. Travel for medical services about 3 hours away (booking a hotel because you would need..

... blood work to be processed before your medical visit. So it's about $400 a night to be at the hotel by the hospital in another city or about $300 coverage for out of network service around the corner from my house. If I leave for the other city, I then have to pay someone to watch my dogs for me

So my friend’s youngest child came out as trans. My friend and I have known each other since the 90s. Her husband was going to kick the child out because they’re Mormon. Wife divorced him and now their 3 children won’t have a thing to do with dad. They moved back to Texas and dad is alone.

The people complaining about things in Carrie are not teen girls. I have 11 sisters and I would rather come against a military man then a group of teen girls.

I dare you to name one thing Ruth Gordon filmed that you didn't love her in! I was first introduced to her in my high school class "Analysis of Visual Media" when we watched "Harold and Maude" and LOVE her in "Rosemary's Baby"

When your company health insurance doesn't cover kidney transplants where the company office is (also the capital of the State) so they have to approve you for coverage. The nurse suggests looking at the other cities for full coverage and cannot tell you the hospitals so they send you a link...

It's a miracle that insurance covers a drug that your doctor put you on instead of fighting you to take a drug you used to be on that doesn’t work any more. I guess they know I’ll fight them now. β€œGive me the medical background of everyone and their first and last names so I can talk with my lawyer"
