@steampowered.com I know this is not exactly a great place to bring this up, but your feedback processes are abysmal. So, you've recently started requiring a credit card on record for mature games to be viewable in Australia. There are no other options. This is pathetically weak customer service.

digital games in one central repository, but the sheer contempt you've shown for your Australian customers here has me seriously rethinking that trust, and strongly considering other purchasing options in future. I'm not against age verification, but this CANNOT be the ONLY option you offer.

So, I'm 44 years old, and due to extremely poor life choices, I've never had a proper job. That's set to change in a week, as I enter the world of full time employment for the first time.
