#urbanism You know what many small USA towns are 15 min towns I can get most places in my MN town pop 20,000 walking 15 mins and all around town on a bike in 15 mins. I have lived both Metro & semi rural. Like semi rural better. Sure Pros & Cons. I have a beef with folks whowant DENSISTY Everywhere

Maybe dense not 100 units Apt building dense. Many smaller Apt complexes Mostly single family homes like 80% of residents own/rent a single family home. Not many apts are 3 bedroom. Families that have 2-3 kids need a 3 br. In the 60s 8 of us lived in a 2 br house w 2 bedrooms in the basement.
