The heads are only twistable by other people or drones. When the window is turned forward the drones are in independent mode and have free will. When their window is turned to the back, they are in drone mode. Any questions to them in drone mode, means they bow forward to you to reveal their answer.

Spirit Captor. I had a dream, featuring this guy. I thought he looked cool, so I had to draw it. He was human, but his job to capture/extinguish these blue glowy spirits by absorbing them, began to change him. The more spirits he absorbed, the more of those long, flat fins would grow on his body.
