On Due Process The Constitution’s 5th Amendment says “no person shall … be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law.” The word “person” makes no distinction between citizens and noncitizens. The reason for this is simple,

We either all have it here in the states, or none of us do, because if the Gov/State can say "You are not a citizen and hence get no due process" then they could say that about you or me, and without Due Process we never get any chance to say "Thats some BS" All or none, get it?
