You never know what the last straw is going to be for your back to snap. Today I lifted two full 5 gallon gas cans into the truck. No problem. Moved two very heavy Adirondack chairs across the patio. Fine. Cleaned out leaves from behind & under bushes. All good. Bent over to clip toenails, BOOM!
