I had been paying for Office 365 for years and just letting my family use the additional licenses that came with it. But I wound up buying Office 2024 Pro for $27 and it came with a license for 3 devices. I don't need the cloud or the updates to do what I needed it to do.

I'm still unsure if I can get away from Adobe, though. I'm trying out a few pieces of software over the last month, because man.... it's $75 a month. But Adobe's stuff just works better at some very specific things I use it for. Might be able to downgrade to just the Photoshop/Lightroom, though.

This is a real movie that someone made. It has 26 ratings on IMDB. All of the ratings are between 1 and 3, except a single 10. Overall it's rated at 2.6. I just needed everyone else to know.

The most underrated improvement? Our ability to get directions from Point A to Point B. Before the internet really got going we had Rand McNally maps that were helpful but only to a certain point. Then we had mapquest. Now? It shows your little car on the map and tells you when to turn.

In the last week two of the artists and designers I have been following for years (one for more than a decade) started doing ads for ChatBLT and how it helps their process and I'm just going to forever be disappointed in people, aren't I?

Had to update some stuff on the websites to keep things (hopefully) secure. But that led to having to update other things which broke some of the stuff on the sites. That's been fun to try and figure out (and for the most part, I haven't).

I just completed the last batted ball data breakdown and spray chart for the 2026 Reds farm system. 87 total charts made for 80-ish players (I create separate charts for switch hitters - one from each side). Basically anyone who had 100-ish plate appearances and is still in the farm system today.
