had a thought spinning off of the 'Alexander Hamiltoad' joke in Legend of Avantris/Uprooted earlier today, where the Feywild Bullwugs' posturing/politics could 'benefit' from having certain concepts be physical instead, like the Overtoad (Overton) Window, or the Shadow Cabinet, Hot Seat, Benchwarmer

Reading* Tim Zahn's Heir to the Empire and chapter 11 starts off with Luke flying his X-Wing to Dagobah, and Artoo giving him an 'affirmative twitter', which isn't a common or expected phrase in 2026 *re-reading really, but when i first fell in love with these stories it was the Dutch translations

had a sort of 'justify the setting' thought, where FTL is established through a medium/substance/fluid that can only be charged through a 'photo-gravoltaic effect', so it needs to have sunlight hit it while it's in a planetary gravity well to 'recharge' it (the ships also still need power reactors)
