I've been in the industry for seven years. It's going to be rough. Paddy Power's closing 100 shops, Betfred 130. It sucks, but I get why, it's the rise of the 24 hour Casino and the lure of the vulnerable that's crushing social spaces. I go home through Hayes. There's 3 of them within 200 yards.

the UK has the loosest gambling laws in Europe and let me tell you: this is one of the things that is killing every. thing. else. property greed is the other. but gambling is destroying high streets, areas, social cohesion; if you don't live in an area infested with slot arcades you don't get it

There will always be time to tell Ted Cruz to fuck off in this house! 😉👍🏾

Another great race review Dre, I especially liked the part where you told Ted Cruz to fuck off! 👏🏾

Kimi Antonelli puts himself on the brink of becoming #F1's youngest World Champion with another dominant win, while all of Mercedes' rivals trip over themselves, and Austin finds new ways of pissing me off. DRR in Texas, down below: www.motorsport101.com/dres-race-re...

motorsport101.comDre's Race Review: F1's 2026 United States Grand Prix | Motorsport101Kimi Antonelli "hooks em'" in Texas to take him to the brink of becoming F1's youngest World Champion, as Austin finds new ways to leave a bitter taste in the mouth.

We had a run where Hamilton and Verstappen won 10 out of 11 titles and nearly every season they won double-digit races or more. Suffocating count.

The real sicko in me would be tempted to start writing his DRR for Austin tonight but I am tired and I’m up at 6:30am for work. That shit can wait. It’ll be out lunchtime-ish. 👍🏾

Rare sloppy day all round for Red Bull. Botched stop. Miscommunication on Hadjar moving aside, no sure the 2-stopper was the play given tyre wear seems better than expected. Oooft. #F1

Why I think the talk of missing PR Events is a complete non-story, the shock of Jorge Martin's title-defining Sprint crash, and saying goodbye to #MotoGP's greatest track in the most Phillip Island way... cancelling a race due to the weather. www.motorsport101.com/dres-sprint-...

motorsport101.comDre's Sprint Review: MotoGP's 2026 Australian Grand Prix | Motorsport101Marc Marquez lands a thunderous haymaker in the Sprint as the good, the bad and the ugly of Phillip Island leads to a cancelled Grand Prix.

Poor Marco Bezzecchi, having a chat on the main stage and doing some promotional work. Tell him to blink twice if the captors are in the area because the man is HATING life. #MotoGP

Good news. Weather looks clearer. Bad news: We've figured out that Melbourne's cloud cover is obscene and if the copter can't fly, we can't race. #MotoGP

I’ll keep it brief - Congrats to Alisha Palmowski, her family and team being in bits was genuinely nice. I’ll leave the rest for those who already have their dander up, I got bikes to watch delays over.

Still gotta be manually vetted, just in case. This ain’t the year to be fully trusting of the FIA when it comes to software.

Dave Nelson@daveymn.bsky.social

Honestly loathe that we are in 2026, yet F1 and the FIA do not have a system for automatically deleting lap times as soon as a track limits violation happens. 😐 #USGP

And for all the nonsense about promotions, it’s the 35th race of the season that effectively ends it. 60% of the Top 10 have missed time through injury this season. It’s the Sprints people.

Dre Harrison@dreharrison.bsky.social

Jorge Martin with a broken right wrist and is out of the GP tonight. That is probably your Championship. #MotoGP

Genuinely the worst weekend of biking discourse we’ve had in a hot minute and that’s an impressive job. Immensely frustrating that we want the bad faith chat every time.

Had to count 7 grand in 20’s, could only start at 10pm because two dudes went jackpot hunting, ripped the crotch of my jeans closing my safe, and didn’t leave till 10:40…. But all the money, was correct. We are so back.

10* year deal I should say. Looks like Nashville and Washington will be sacrificed for it.

Dre Harrison@dreharrison.bsky.social

Officially official - #IndyCar. Barcelona. July 18th, 2027. Multi-year deal. Palou gets a home race and Mark Miles finally gets one over the line!

Last time was back in 2007 when it was Champ Car just before they and the IRL joined back up, over at some place called Assen. Heard it’s quite popular!

Kory Steele@korysteele.bsky.social

I don't follow Indy, though I wish I had time to do so. Have they been to Europe before?

RE: The #MotoGP missing PR events story that dropped today - You have to miss SIX of them to get a grid penalty. As much as I know there’s dissent about the events in general, no-one’s going to miss close to that if a sporting penalty is at stake. Shock jocking.

I do agree, everything is too much right now. 22 rounds, sprint races and the sport (and teams) doing more mandated events. But all of this feels like a knee jerk reaction to one rider missing one event and then making it a red rag to a full to overreact (some of my comments on my last vid? Phew.)

Up at 6am. Did a full shift opening my bookies for the first time, came home, recorded 154 minute special IndyCar Season Review edition of the pod, opening again tomorrow morning. Once I get a sleeping pattern, it's over for you hoes!
