Still moseying my way through Belmont’s Curse. Carmilla was a weirdly easy boss. She’s probably gonna be the only boss i manage to defeat on my first try. Other than that the library might be my favorite area so far

I think my biggest criticism at this point is i wish there was a more intuitive hint system. A lot of times you’ll see cracks/gaps in the wall letting you know there’s a secret, which is cool! But other times you just have to know that if you press up against part of a wall there’s a secret path

We were watching the castlevania anime last night (its a rewatch for me and ivy) and after Alucard gets introduced we spent like a full ten minutes discussing the various ways Grant Danasty could also be introduced in the same scene by saying “And I’m Grant Danasty, the best of them all”
