finished up the demo of dungeon treaders and there's really nothing like it dropping some fuckin opening credits theme music while i still have control of the menus. if i were any quicker i couldve managed to walk out of the house playing it before the song even really got going

it's a pretty solid demo! some things with damage are a little weird but it's pretty fun and i think cooldowns instead of mp are an interesting way to limit combat skills. anyways. the songs pretty good and thanks and apologies to friends for a case of name borrowing.

it does still suck that sometimes you'll check a game and itll be like well the devs dont think menu ambiance is a thing that's worth anyone's worktime, or an extremely weird one where someone generated stems for the songs for their game and was seemingly still proud of only doing the mixing

polymorphite was a little hard to read but i always love a weird progression sidesystem, cometrox was extremely charming and "hold your keyboard like a guitar" worked better as a control style than i was expecting, morpho reverie was a decent 4b game with a focus on a music genre i already like,

here i am dishonestly grazing in my stopped time so that i do not have to learn how to actually dodge the third pattern

apparently i can actually do this particular section on the next difficulty up which is surprising as i didnt think i was actually that good at it
