I think that game streaming is going to be the gaming industry's next big push to normalize, because there's no way they think that people are just going to up and buy this. They're going to say the best way to play it locally is like this, but you can always stream all the games on your devices.

which leads to my next sneaky suspicion about the next generation. I think they will inevitably stop selling you games and only let you game stream eventually, so people can't pirate them or decompile them anymore. Remember how the Switch had those cloud versions; essentially that, but on steroids

I'm watching the #Bleach #anime in dub, and as we're coming to the end, I'm praying the end of the show has some callback to this. I've always felt like this was going to be the way the show ends somehow. This always felt like foreshadowing.

Honestly, since Google owns all the HTC stuff, I really think the next generation of Pixel should adopt the design aesthetic of the M7 and the M8 HTC phones. That would be a great way for them to get into metal/aluminum. I can see it looking almost like a modern Nexus 6P x HTC M8.

Just a thought on the #DCU #Batman 🦇 Looking at breadcrumbs, casting is about legacy. I believe Bruce has been active 15-20 years like Hal Jordan. Add older Barry rumors, they'll likely do this for Oliver Queen too so they can do early 2000s prime back-in-time stories, animated or live-action.

We see Bruce be the goat, then he's taken off the board (even temporarily). Enter Dick & Damian as #Robin! A Dick Grayson Batman feels different from Reeves. Plus, he's the same age as Corenswet’s #Superman. Nightwing & Clark are more alike; instead of a super age gap, they're peers & best pals.

Best thing I can definitely say about the new #DCU #Supergirl movie on Max? You don't need to watch it for the rest of the universe. She's back on Earth, she doesn't drink like that anymore, and Lobo will probably show up at some point. I would just wait for Clayface or MOT at this point. 🤷🏾‍♂️

This wasn't possible, but if they had to do live action, I probably would have just adapted #SupergirlSurvive (just no baby) to say that's what she's been up to in space all these years before coming to Earth. #DCStudios

Also, nobody was a bad actor or actress. Everyone acted their butts off. It was just the direction and the story given to them that let everybody down. Great acting cannot always save a bad script.

What makes me angry is they tried to copy the #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy visual aesthetic instead of actually honoring the beautiful art style of the book. Nobody asked for a GotG clone. We wanted you to make that book. It wasn't that hard. #DCComics #ComicBooks

Also, this should have been a 12-episode animated series on #HBOMax / #AdultSwim. That's the only way the original art could have really shined through. #Animation

For everybody that's concerned about the DCU starting with Hal Jordan already being an older seasoned veteran hero and thinking you missed out on his best years

You don't have to worry about the whole age thing because they can draw him young. Kyle Chandler can still voice him. It could be an HBO Max/Adult Swim more mature prime-time show, and since it's animated, he can do all the big cool stuff with the ring without worrying too much about budget.

Just saying that if they can do Creature Commandos, imagine what they could do with an animated Green Lantern show in the DCU.

...... What if they simply gave us a series in the DCU Hal Jordan Green Lantern animated series set in the '90s or 2000s, leading all the way up to the first season of Lanterns?

The thing that everyone's missing about him doing the whole Green Lantern thing and pissing everybody off is he wouldn't be Parallax and he wouldn't be a Yellow Lantern... he would end up being Hal Jordan powered from Forever Evil. Weak-willed and empowered by his own fears fits him perfectly.

You know why don't refrigerators have automatic battery backups built into them? Seems like something that would be really helpful in cases of power outages or something.

Like, hey, your power goes out and your fridge will stay running for an extra 2 hours or something, or put itself into conserve mode to keep your stuff good for a while.
