my WOL's Echo is similar to how we get Deja Vu, a mild annoyance, but hers is more frequent in short bursts. She trained to differentiate between vision & reality to appear polite & thoughtful with her replies, or just nod 😂 Now when she feels a big cutscene Echo coming, she looks for a seat 😂

#wolqotd I'm not sure if this has been asked recently so I'm asking for all WoLs and Echo-bearers (as we suffer being ffxiv-less today); Do they think the Echo a blessing or a curse? Do they believe it as a cheatcode to life and pretend to have one vision to avoid work, or they try to avoid it???

Her Echo is uncontrollable but often convenient for the smallest things Bara: cousin have u seen my lemon squares Zenos: ...no Bara's 2 second Echo: ...-blinks, smiles, takes out scissors- Zenos: they werent very good

I agree with other WOLs that say the Echo is a disability Bara is just fortunate to have the time & resources to work with it. Heavy visions do drive her to the point of sickness, but the mild ones are just inconveniences to her cos girl /wants/ to be a nosy gossip but is spoiled by visions 😂

the idea phase is the easiest and least valuable part of professional creativity. read the first draft of the first Star Wars if you doubt me Great art is made in the grinding, often miserable collision between the ethereal substance of an idea and the mud and blood and friction of reality

I used to think Dyko (the character) and Maomao from AD have similar personalities, but then Maomao considered selling a mute pre-teen girl to a brothel cos she knows men like the "quiet ones" Like bruh..Maomao built different 😂

now I aint no theology scholar, but I love how both vampire stories showed Christianity. to me, it's very simple. In Midnight Mass, evil is punished *👀Bev*, and love endured. In Sinners, although the vampires mocked the act of praying, the Lord's prayer worked the way it's supposed to.

Little House on the Prairie: farming townsfolk are tricked by the rich and the government Below: fishing townsfolk are tricked by the rich and the government + a global warming reminder my waking life: townsfolk are tricked by the rich and the government, and it is weirdly hot in october

i know this is probably common sense but don't buy a ridiculously heavy mattress if you don't have people strong enough to lift it with/for you im still sore and the mattress is still in my living room 😂
