Just a beaw about to enter his 40s. He/him. Bi, cis, autistic. Anti-genAI luddite. Trans rights. Planes go brrr, trains go choo-choo! Might be NSFW at times! pfp by Tiago/saintbull Not an American.

We, internationally, need to do exactly what the Brazilians did and lead by example with: 1) Block all far right figures/accounts 2) Never share a far right account even to dunk on them 3) Never reply to a far right account even to dunk on them Completely cut their algorithmic advantage

BEGGING my fellow streamers to PLEASE stop using Tangia! I don't care if it makes for funny clips. Most voices on Tangia come from people who've very publicly said they don't want their voice taken from them this way. AI voices hurt ALL voice actors. You're better than this. Use other TTS.

I grew up in the 90s and all of this is true.

People forget that back in the 90s, kids weren't on the computer all the time, they didn't have cell phones. Instead they watched the Beethoven dog movies

Check it out bro I used vibecoding to give Tetris rollback netcode. I've no clue how it works or if there's any security risks but you should tell all your friends how big my cock is

Asking first is important, but hearing "yes" at the start isn't a yes to everything that comes after, and especially in situations like this there can be power dynamics that change how people might behave around you, not to mention that everyone's comfort level and expectations are different.

As someone who went to engineering school in the 2000's, this is 100% factual and true and has been for a long time.

Do complete strangers routinely use your oppression and endangerment in real life as a throwaway thought experiment that is still for some reason considered unquestionably worth sacrificing your life to carry out, or are you cis?

First they came for trans women and l'm a normal style woman so I said nothing. Then they came for the gay women and I'm not gay so I didn't really pay attention. Then that was the end of it I think, idk I don't watch the news. Hang on there's a knock at the door brb

Joined @stephruhle.bsky.social on MSNOW to talk about the AI bubble, its differences to the Dot-Com Bubble, and how if AI "doesn't work out" it's everyone's problem, with retail investors making up 20% of the market's volume and having over $4.65tn in direct exposure to AI stocks.

In November, Dems will likely win big. Liberals will feel relieved. In 2028, a milquetoast corporate Democrat will win the presidency, spend 4 years maintaining what Trump did as liberals go back to brunch. Then, in 2032, as life keeps getting worse, we’ll get something like President T Carlson.

You can flesh out characters like Bard or Thorin, sure. But the story should be about Bilbo, his relationship with the dwarves, and the awe and wonder of the world he is discovering in his travels. It is a story about a hobbit who dared to go out his front door.

Don't let billionaires convince you slop is the future. They're used to managing & directing, not making things themselves. Of course they can't see the difference. They don't understand your love for the craft. Keep making personal, beautiful games. You've got my support 💖

When I spotted grammatical errors in a text, I used to be annoyed about it. But now I'm relieved, because I know it means it's less likely they used genAI to "proof-read" the text. It's interesting how things change.
