Goose had an unintentional outdoor adventure last night when one of my son’s friends didn’t notice her slip out the door with him. I am happy to report that she is safe and well - she hid until we realized she was missing and seems none the worse for wear. I was frantic.

One of the weirdest thoughts I have happens when I wash my work socks (which are all the same color and style) and I pair them up for the week. I am always worried that the socks I pair together don’t like each other.

I have a (fairly) new work role and GOOD LORD it is tough to be “on” for 8 + hours a day. I am freaking exhausted.

Goose the kitten had a checkup at the vet today. She weighed in at 2.8kg (6.1 lbs) and the vet said she was either much older than the rescue said or she is going to be a big girl. She was curious, friendly and the best baby.
