I was working on a dancing lady #crossstitch design when I posted this (still WIP), but I've since been working on #drawtober and I can confirm, the ideas have not shrunk. In fact I'm just piling on the creative ideas for Patterning Cee to deal with later (Am excited, will post soon)

See my problem with bsky atm is that I was on social media too much, so I put an app block on a bunch of apps so I couldn't use them for as long. But not bluesky. So I was spending ages on here instead when I couldn't doomscroll anywhere else. So then--

I put the block on bsky too. And thus haven't opened the app in a month bc I forgot it exists. So bear with my chaos as I eventually remember to post all the things I forgot to share here? ...Actually, it's probably just safer to prepare for my chaos in general.

6 hours down! In the last hour I've FFO'd two designs, plus painted a hoop, ready to finish tomorrow when it's dry. That's most of my to-do list done, one hour left? 🤞

I came back from lunch and housework an hour ago to continue yapping into the void and joke about how no one is listening because half the world is asleep... but bluesky was down once again. But here we are, crisis averted, I'm back to my regularly scheduled updates no one asked for:

5 hours in, I've now made some progress with framing, but this WIP is a bit wonky so I've had to block it back to shape. Also weirdly enough wet things take *time* to dry?

3 hour update: so I'm still working on task 1, and I forgot that coffee. But in my defence, PDFs are really annoying (and I fucked up a few times) 🙈

Hour 4: I've finished task 1 and started the bonus task because time might be linear, but to-do lists don't have to be. No movement yet on the framing, nor have I had that coffee, but it is (past) time to have lunch, so after a break, I'll do that next for a change of pace.

One hour update: I expected to be done the first task now, but I am far from it

2 hours in, and I'm thinking I sorely underestimated this timeline. Also, it's time for coffee

Day 8 puts me over halfway through this challenge, AND over halfway through these mini aerialists. I keep getting shocked by how well these transfer to about 1/3rd the size for the amount of detail I fit in them.
