Good for the Plain Dealer. I've been reading this newspaper all my life, my parents and grandparents read it, and they've never come out with a statement like this.

Ohio is the place I call home, born and raised, but I've never been more ashamed of someone from Ohio/someone who is supposed to represent Ohio than I am right now. Gov DeWine let Dr.Amy Acton take the heat for the COVID shutdown despite it requiring his approval. She was just the medical advisor.

The more Trump alienates other countries, the more they're realizing that they don't need the United States, they are free to work together and after awhile. The US will be just us.

As a Marine veteran, I can't respect this guy. I can't see how any self respecting veteran can respect this clown. He mocked Senator McCain for being a POW, and yet many of my fellow veterans still support this traitor-in-chief.

Exactly. If this was JD Vance's, or Ramaswamy's daughters, makes you wonder what their response would be, if they're willing to use Amy Acton's personal trauma against her, and think that it's okay.

One thing that (in my opinion) should be getting more light, is the fact that Amy Acton went through this traumatic experience and still grew up to become Dr. Amy Acton, Director of the Ohio Dept of Health and Chief Health Advisor to Governor Mike DeWine (a Republican governor.)

You can look at her and see the hurt. The fact that JD Vance and people like Lara Loomer are backing Ramaswamy on this is insane. What if that was either of your daughters? Lara what if that happened to you? 🤔

When I think about voting I consider three questions: 1. How is voting for this person/party going to affect us collectively as a country? 2. How does voting for this person affect me and my family personally? 3. How feasible is it that this person can deliver on their promises?

Here's the thing, about the (acting) president of the United States, if I have to spend an hour or two on a stage (on tour) telling you how I know more than anybody about whatever subject you can think of and how great I am... I'm probably not that great. 🤫 Greatness isn't told, it's shown.

He's closer to Judas than Jesus by a long shot. The biggest traitor in this country in sitting in the White House selling the country out to his "lord and savior", Putin.

Donald Trump said that "a pastor running as a Democrat mocks Jesus." Soooo, two questions: 1. You can't be Democrat and a Christian? 2. You can be Republican and say and do the polar opposite of what Jesus taught, and consider yourself a Christian? 🤔 Do you hear even hear you sound?

Clearly you can see how this makes no sense. And when I say you, I mean the sensible people watching this clip, not the people sitting in the audience cheering. 🤦🏾

The part that Trump fails to mention & most of his cult followers don't know is that he supported Kamala when she was Attorney General of California. He also donated to Hillary and the Clinton Foundation, Cory Booker, Kristen Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer, Andrew Cuomo, Jerry Brown and David Dinkins.🤫

This is the part they miss. Listen, I'm a Christian but I'm not here to try to persuade or judge anyone over to my belief system. As he stated, in this country the Constitution affords each person rights to worship or not worship as they choose. Their "Christianity" is Westernized and white-washed.

They're so worried that somehow illegal immigrants will show up to vote... As if they weren't gonna try to overturn or cast suspicion on the the election either way (if it doesn't favor them). They're stupid for thinking that we're that stupid. 🤦🏾

So Trump tells voters to "act like he's on the ballot" during mid-terms. 1. That should show them just how arrogant he is. 2. Polls from Fox News of all outlets are showing him at a 36% approval rating. 3. The "act like I'm on the ballot" strategy seems to be working against the Republicans.

I'd rather work with you than against you. Division takes up too much energy. Hate takes up too much energy. At the end of the day we have more in common than we don't. The issue is that we allow the differences to become the difference.

It slays me how Trump and his cult following want to keep going back to Biden or Obama and placing the blame.... Here's the problem. I can't go back in time and re-struggle, I'm struggling right now. 🤷🏾

Dismissing every source as ‘fake’ isn’t an argument—it’s a way to avoid engaging with evidence. If a claim is true, show the credible, verifiable proof. If the only response is ‘Where do you get your news?’ then the claim was never really supported to begin with. This is Trump supporters goto.

The Kool-aid is flowing freely on this one. 🤦🏾 This women said they would legit give up the right to vote to keep a liberal out of office. At that point, the discussion is over.

Nothing in their playbook is actually beneficial to what we're dealing with on a day-to-day basis. It's all a bunch of nonsense talking points that they sold to their base.

Perhaps the most ridiculous reason people have used for voting for Donald Trump.. "He's a businessman." So is a drug dealer, but nobody's voting for any of them to be president. 🤷🏾

Polar opposite attitude of what Jesus taught, but yet my so called "Christian" brothers and sisters, (more like estranged family) insist on claiming that he is somehow sent from God. The poor, homeless, immigrants, children, widows, different beliefs, all supposed to be loved, no disclaimers.

I'll use the same bathroom as anybody if it'll get me cheaper gas, groceries, utilities, and healthcare. Why is this even an issue? They're running with this same playbook and script. You're creating more issues than your solving and you're only "solving" issues that you made up. Classic.

Sadly, this is right on the money. As a Christian it's not that Jesus (the non white one) is the bad guy, it's the people who are supposed to be His ambassadors who are doing the polar opposite of what He taught, that give Christianity the reputation that it has gained.
