I think what hurts the most is knowing what we can do to change foe the better, but many don't want to take the initiative to do so. Politics has gone and turned into a secret civil war that almost has no end to it. Vote everyone. It really does matter.

You know... Bluesky is so contrasting to Twitter that it actually calms me down seeing my feed here in comparison to Twitter. People are a little nicer here, but obviously it's a lot of politics. But if you make your own feed and like things for your algorithm, it's far better.

To some degree, to be a successful content creator, you need multiple platforms to share your content with. But what I hate is some platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, is just rough to be around. But if it means I can get people entertained somewhere, then I don't mind it as much.

I'm starting to learn to optimize and balance social media and real-life stuff. I'm not going to avoid the problems of platforms, but to have a boundary and balance of how much I am involved in social media. Remember, its good to gain info, but don't overwhelm yourself.

I'm not surprised about the "dead internet" theory becoming a reality. Becoming famous and money getting involved always will get bad actors to come and take as much as they can to leave. That including faking views to get sponsorships and attention. This maybe the dead era of social media.

I think YouTube is getting to that point in it's life cycle that no one is a real competitor, so they just do what they want and try to find something that sticks on the wall. But for me, that means nothing cause I can't find long form content with a wall of short form in my face 24/7.
