My contractors drilled through the wrong brand-new tiling they just set for my shower. Now, just like that, my shower is no longer handi-accessible. All my vintage bells for all of my exterior doors arrived. My home won't be HGTV perfect, but it's no Cabin in the Woods. The bathroom is completely renovated, so I've got that. I've run out of $, but the goal for move-in ready by Halloween is still on track. And I love every single imperfection.

Some lights, a mattress and ceiling fans are on the agenda today. Ceiling fans especially, because the contractors deserve some breeze while they work. Going early so they can have air ASAP. 2 WEEKS TO GO BEFORE I MOVE IN!!

I am now realizing there is an entire 4th bedroom that I made zero plans for. Nothing. Not even sure what to use the space for, as it is outside of the main cabin. It's a cement room...idk. I'm not keen on guest rooms, as no guests leaves it as wasted and forgotten space. Could be a neon zen den.

I'm moving into my house in 2 weeks. I just need it live-in ready, I will be there for most of the work. Bathroom tiles are being completed this weekend, flooring in several rooms next week, along with a kitchenette. Area rugs for the rooms because the pipe work took from the budget. I'm very happy!

It's already Christmas in Puerto Rico. I love it, Halloween falls right in the middle of Christmas! And when Christmas decor looks like this, Spooky Christmas is real.

Ended up having to replace pipes under my walkway. This was unexpected work, but by delaying getting all my flooring done, I can still move in next month. I can get a couple area rugs for the time being. The pipes are always a priority. Gives me more time to find the flooring I really love.
