I think I am going to have to do my nails over again and I did not want too. But it cleaning today I messed a few up again and I think they need a coconut oil soak.

Repeat after me. At almost 55 eating anything at any time may no longer be an option. Watching the Big Bang Theory all day is not acceptable, you must clean something between each episode.Or at least every other episode (depending on the plot line). My dog is tired is not a reason to go back to bed

My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

I wet into bed 18 hrs ago and basically stayed there. I let Balin out of course and I drink to much water to be free from sprinkles, but I did sleep. I needed it. I was over tired. And the Methotrexate hit me like bricks this week.

I finally found Lions Mane Mushroom's today and they cost 6.99 for 3 small ones. I could not get them at this time of the month. But next month. Maybe Balin & I can split a small Pack.

I got this for today's coffee and I wish it came in a smaller bottle. I like it but it is more maple than butterscotch. I am all about the butterscotch.

Another night of 2 hrs of sleep. My mind has been racing all night. When you love someone and you see them doing harm to themselves and the people that love them its a torment.

I desperately need to be asleep. I only have 6.5 hrs left.

Well they sent me to the wrong ear doctor. The right one won't be back until May and I have an appointment for a hearing test and the surgeon then. Truthfully I am glad. This doc said I dont need surgery unless it is causing hearing loss and I have some time for it to heal on its own.
