Swing state independent. Trying not to be a lurker. Here to see like minded sane people. Calling out every Republican Trump voter I know as the MAGA they are.

Enough! This is exactly why ICE should be required to identify themselves. If ICE looks like criminals and thugs, they should be regarded as such. 🚨 Yesterday, an L.A. man was arrested for impersonating a federal agent. Loaded gun, fake documents, cop gear and even blinking & blue on his car

We are posting this placard at all of our offices and asking our union contract farms to post as well. We encourage our friends to put up similar placards at their business as immigration agents do not have the right to go on private property without permission.

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed."  -Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1953

This opens the door for more bad actors, not just ICE and every American should be angry about this. This people are cowards living out their tough guy fantasies.

And these are the same snowflakes who couldn’t handle wearing a mask during the pandemic.

WE HAVE QUESTIONS… This is a kidnapping. No uniform, no badge, civilian car. Who are they? ICE? Sanctioned bounty hunters? Either way, they’re grabbing people without warrants. How often is this happening, and why aren’t more people talking about it? Congress?

More of this!

Saturday night 🔥🔥🔥 Malcolm Kenyatta killing it—torching Musk, dragging Joni Ernst, & calling out the DC clown show for what it is. He said it loud: that town is a hot mess! More of this energy, please🤩 @malcolmkenyatta.bsky.social

And particularly souring is the money it cost the taxpayers to acquire the land for this joke of a project.

Hey remember that time Trump touted Foxconn’s Wisconsin investment that never happened? Seems like we don’t talk about that enough, especially on days like today. Take those “trillions in investments” he’s claiming with boulders of salt. www.theverge.com/23030465/fox...

WTF

Republicans snuck a provision into the rule for the CR that would preemptively surrender congressional authority to block tariffs. When House Republicans vote for this rule today, they will also be voting to support Trump's tariffs and all the resulting damage to the US economy

Lincoln talked about a government of the people, by the people, for the people. Today, with Trump as our president, we have a government of the billionaires, by the billionaires, for the billionaires.

I think all democrats should carry folded up signs in their pockets and start a photo campaign. Take every opportunity to stand behind these traitors in silence and call them out for who they are and what they are doing.

Pretty much sums up last night. What we are living through is NOT normal. Kudos to @repstansbury.bsky.social

Is it me… or was I the only one that never imagined that “make America great again” meant I was going to have to start raising chickens in my back yard just so I could serve my family eggs for Sunday morning breakfast?

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins on the "silver lining" of egg shortages: "People are kinda looking around thinking, 'Wow, maybe I could get a chicken in my backyard!' And it's awesome." (Sorry, I was on vacation when this happened but wtf, lol)

Never imagined Trumps job creation plan was just to add something else for everyday Americans to do. Thanks Mr. Trump for creating another job for me in MAGA America. -we can all become chicken mini farmers.

Military aid to Ukraine has always been a bargain for the U.S. We degraded Russia’s armed forces and replaced our own stockpiles with brand new weapons, all while brave Ukrainians— not Americans—fought the Russians off. Halting that aid is not only morally repulsive, it’s plain stupid.

You are up to date.
