21 men per minute assault or rape women 12 and older every minute in the USA. Men have a massive empathy deficit. And the billionaire men don’t care. Wouldn’t it be better if we didn’t have billionaires and taught our boys and men to strengthen their commitment to our shared #DutyOfCare?

Why are these 3 things so hard for care wing citizens and their representatives? (1) Repeatedly (2) state your #DutyToCare (3) for whatever you want? Duty to care for humanity has been a legal concept since 1760. The Constitution even has a #TakeCareClause. Why keep the duty to care a secret?
