It's very clear they wanted a martyr to justify whatever they want forever, but his death didn't work because most only knew who he was *because* he died. And by then the internet mocked and ridiculed him to the point nobody could take him serious.

One of the really fascinating things about Charlie Kirk is that his own people’s response to his death was so nakedly opportunistic that it’s like oh, ok, this guy is fair game for literally anything, he’s an object, and now his soul is trapped inside Grok for eternity.

Researchers in #ScienceAdvances have demonstrated that brief physical contact between healthy and bleached coral can restore algae to the bleached coral, leading to their full recovery. https://scim.ag/4ilLAZq

I'm writing a mod in C# and it's reporting a warning on line 3 of a file but the warning is blank for some reason so the "problems" overview just looks like this

Surprised this didn't came earlier but god damn am I happy this is gonna be a thing now. No more perfect games hurt but endless dlc releases!

Valve: Steam Achievement Sets Now in Beta steamcommunity.com/games/593110...

I saw some KH1 discourse about people struggling with the early worlds, and I'll say that I can understand why since on a few occasions it does this thing where it asks you to do the same thing twice to progress. First visit Traverse Town especially.

The idea that in order to get Curaga you need to talk to the same NPC three times alone is what can make this game feel so confusing to go through.

Either the most boring GIFs known to man or all the porn and gore known to man, no inbetween.

YouTube now lets users post GIFs in video comments, 21 years after its launch.

Having played through the 1.5 and 2.5 Kingdom Hearts collection, I do get the appeal. This shit was like the perfect transition game into your teenage years for any tween out there.

A game that takes the whimsical and fantastical nature of the Disney IP, only to grow into a love for stylistic action RPG with the edge of Square Enix. It's a game truly designed to make any kid be fascinated by the premise.

Probably my favourite solely for the command customisation you get, but man did some of the bosses love their i-frames and instakills.

I think any critic should have at least played one absolute dogshit game, and also be willing to defend an absolute dogshit game as well.

The synthesis grind for Kingdom hearts 1 feels so weird because by the time you do begin with actually grinding for it you've already done most, if not all of the content, if not already made yourself so powerful already getting all the good items feels kinda pointless?

Not to mention how many of the items require multiple revisits and refights against very specific enemies that you're better off ignoring it unless you wanna go for 100%.

I'm noticing an inversion happening where rather than barebones, arcade-difficult games being cryptic as hell how to progress due to limitations, massive AAA titles are so afraid you'll miss out on anything they put up guardrails even when they should not be needed.

this bit from skill up's review of wolverine knocked me on my ass, it feels like something that wouldve come out of one of those focus m parody videos but its in a real triple A game

As much I struggled with some of the other fights, Riku's final boss in chain of memories was SUCH a pushover holy shit. #kingdomhearts
