The Iranian rulers are a terrible thing. We'd all be happy to be rid of them except they themselves. But we have to admit they had a reason to have all those drones all ready to go. And they only are willing to attack others via proxy when it comes to real war.

Health care is an issue today because old people are the folks that need it. In previous generations we just died. Now we want young folks to help pay for it. Why doesn't this come up when we talk about health care? #healhcare, #medicalinsurance

Schumer must go! The Dems caved once again! They picked 8 not standing for election. Don't believe any bullshit about them standing alone. It is Schumer's job to keep them in line. I'm embarrassed for them and myself that I have supported them. No money until Schumer is gone.

From there, we can start to look at amendments to make voting sane. How we apportion votes, figure out we are going to reapportion income and/or wealth, what is an appropriate military for a country that does not want to take over other countries because it really wants peace?

We must demand that anyone running for Congress or the Senate must pledge to end this madness. They must pledge to impeach $trump, any party, or we'll vote for the guy that does.

And, to be clear, most jobs in the military are similar to civilian jobs. I think hegseth really just trying to push women back out of the military, but we need them to meet our manpower needs. Well, I say that but I also think we need maybe half or less of the military and that we have.

I'm certain that there has been real friction integrating women into fighting forces and I don't know the bottom line truth of it cuz I wasn't there. However, given given the realities of modern warfare, I'm certain that arbitrary standards of maleness does not serve our country.

#science, seems to me we need to adopt a word that means multi-disciplinary science. Popular science literature likes using the word scientists, but it doesn't necessarily capture multidisciplinary. Pánistor.

In popular science, they don't want to use too many extra words, but it misses the point that it's a collective effort often. The same goes for it being a single discipline, popular science literature will use just the word scientists. For example, biologist, physicists, geologist, etc.
