Seriously, they've been extra annoying this week. This one tailgated me and others this morning until we let it pass. It drove at least from La Rabida up past Promontory Point trying to maintain 20 mph, despite the fact that it could have gotten on the trail closer to wherever it was headed.

Once mass spam texts were made legal, younger donors vanished, leaving a grassroots fundraising machine that subsists on squeezing vulnerable seniors, some of whom give hundreds of times a day. It’s a horrific model. Consultants get generationally wealthy, and the party hollows out its future.

This particular truck, which I am not even sure is a work truck, just about took me out around a blind corner. If you know this spot you know what I'm talking about.

Anyone know what is under construction next to the lakefront trail at about 2500S? Construction fencing went up yesterday, all trees inside it removed this morning. I fear it may be a parking lot expansion 🤢
