Replying to @shaunvids.bsky.social

they'll say he's the only fighter, the only one standing up to trump etc, but that's all a way to avoid admitting (to themselves, in some cases) that they simply agree with his conservative politics

Better to farm solar for energy than to farm crops to use for biofuels Far better 1 hectare annual yield: 2t soy bean ➡️ 800 litres biodiesel ➡️ 8.29 MWh 70t sugar cane ➡️ 7000 litres ethanol ➡️ 57.5 MWh 600 kW solar ➡️ ➡️ 900 MWh (low estimate)

An eloquent image: Setting aside the content under the tarp for a moment, teens were asked to make art expressing what it is like to be a teen, and the end result was a mural wrapped in a tarp by adults. I bet a lot of teens would find this expressive of their experience.

If human rights need to "poll well" before you touch them then you have no true beliefs. You are a soulless husk of a human being

NEW: Democrats have used SCOTUS rulings to galvanize their base — but they won’t do that with Skrmetti, which green lit gender-affirming care bans One Dem said it’s now a states issue Another said trans issues don’t poll well A third pointed me to the Cass report www.notus.org/democrats/tr...

At Burger King they sell a sandwich they call the Whopper. When you order one the employee prepares the french fries and delivers the sandwich to you at the completion of said fries. There is a small audible indicator to tell us when the fries are complete.

from a technical perspective, how did windows manage to make a search function which does not work? like i just don't understand it. brute force going through file names with no cache would be better and faster! is it cache issues? going through binary files which aren't text and string matching?

Whenever accounts are like "This is what 77 million people wanted when they voted for him," I really think they're overlooking how unbelievably stupid people are - like so stupid that they genuinely might've voted for him because they thought nothing bad would happen and everything would work out.

You are up to date.
