Wanna try solo DnD, or maybe Pathfinder, but everytime I look at a campaign I just think that the story in my head is more interesting that this, solo, without friends to bounce off of.

Do people share their writing on Bluesky? I'm hoping this post will manifest some writers in my feed cos I wanna start a blog or a website or something and start taking writing seriously. I've been an amateur for over 12 years and I'd like to, fingers crossed, become an author by end of next year.

The OC'ification of media has got to stop. No hate on this show but what does this tell me about the world, the struggles, the journey I will go on? So much media today feels like its throwing checklisted characters at you rather than sharing a carefully constructed story and world setting.

On call with GF as she plays Chinese game with Chinese friends and my language skills are really poor, so except for the odd word or phrase I'm just taking in the vibes. And the vibes are great! I'm not convinced that language is a barrier between humanity, cos you can feel so much beyond meaning.

I actually think I dislike the ending of Hades II now. Without spoling, it kinda feels like the writers wrote something you wouldn't expect, for it to be something we didn't expect, when just giving us what we'd want would probably have been better.
