They're at it again.

I was 6. My family was gathered around chatting and watching Night of the Living Dead on TV. The zombies were scary but the brand new feeling of claustrophobia of the idea of being trapped in that house got to me. No one knew I was having a problem until I vomited rotel cheese dip onto the carpet.

A few more pictures of the day. It seemed a long winter. We finally did a lot of spring yardwork today, and planted some flowers.

A robin built a nest in a front yard oak. You can just see its tail end poking out. Elsewhere in the tree is a squirrel nest and a dead limb stump full of extremely noisy baby woodpeckers.

A week and half after the snow and ice storm, it hit 60 today and it finally melted just enough to move our cars down to the house... and only now, tonight at 9pm, does the plow finally come to clear the street. Better late than never?

We ventured out into the snow and ice today. We took our daughter to the local witch shop today and she picked out her first tarot deck. My wife is currently teaching her how to use it. It's sweet 🥰 Also, these two are at it again.
