Linguine with tomato, fresh basil, rucola and (dried cause the plant is hibernating) oregano and buffel mozarella. It's my go to dish. At least twice a week, summer or winter. And my man makes a wicked fermented chilli sauce that is the most awesome pairing 👌♥️

I have a hairdresser appointment tomorrow. I go maybe once a year, and I'm always off kilter for a week after. I've tried like, 4, 5 different ones around here & I hope tomorrow will be the day I find the right one

Today I drove through the worst rain I've ever seen on the dijk Lelystad -Enkhuizen As in driving entirely on the lights of the car in front of you & and having to match its speed because otherwise you're lost in a cloud. Aquaplaning galore. It was bizarre. I'm grateful for our car 🙏
