Had my first therapy session yesterday, there was no screaming involved so taking it as a positive... I think. Booked in again for next week, hoping that I don't end up with days of anxiety in the up to 2nd one like I did the 1st to make it viable long term

Getting ready to set off for my first therapy session. My therapist 5 minutes in :

When you walk into cinema screen and the pre-startup music is Interstellar theme 🤌

Had a great day out at #doncasterpride Spent the day with an amazing friend, went on several fairground rides for the first time since I was a kid and had so much fun. Lots of people, brilliant atmosphere and wonderful company, what more could a broken weird introvert ask for?

Ah yes... because there was never any morality messaging in Trek, that didn't start appearing until *checks notes* 1966...

I think our simulation may be a bit broken today, I swear I have walked past the same guy walking the same dog 3 times this morning. #realityisalie 😂😂😂

"Pride month is over" Me:

#HappyPride for the next 335 days, too.

As Amin Maritza, Harris Yulin delivered a searing performance of a man unable to live with the ghosts of his memories. His Cardassian was at times terrifying, and heartbreaking, in one of DS9's greatest episodes. An all time guest star and an all time role. RIP Harris Yulin - sleep well sir

Had a great day out at York pride. 1st pride of the year and so much fun. Now I just have to find my car.... #yorkpride #pride

First trailer for ‘Wicked: For Good’ In theaters November 21

Made a big health push in May, walked over 1069km(~665 miles) & over 1,320,000 steps. Lost over 2 stone - 29.4 pounds or 13.3kg. Not back to my lowest weight but after months of struggling feel like I am getting back on track. #weightloss #diet

Went to see #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld I enjoyed it, far from perfect but was good fun and had lots of heart in it. Probably 7 or 7.5 out of 10. Slowly returning to social media but will be a bit before back fully.

Totally not here crying at a 20+ year old #stargate #sg1 episode even though I've watched it many times before 😭😭😭

The first time I have heard/seen info about a potential Buffy continuation/revival and actually got excited. Crossing fingers for something good.

Guy just came up to me while shopping and asked me for an autograph, apparently I look like a skateboarder called Johnny from Tiktok 😂 One of the strangest encounters I have ever had but hey, if you want to know what I look like... closest thing to a face reveal you will get at the moment.

At cinema to watch #sonic3movie again... How many times is too many? Now at 7... What is everyone else's number? Anyway, hope people are well, was offline for a few weeks dealing with MH issues, Sonic + cinema trips in general help (30 so far this year 😅) but slowly returning to the online world 💛

Another amazing artist I get to talk to on here

#happynewyear everyone. I hope everyone have an amazing 2025 #newyear #2025

Starting New Years Eve off the right way #sonic
