#Nightverse There were a few actually. Before I expanded my lore beyond Faere and Anelle, I did plan on Faere being with Estinien from the get-go. He's been my fav for a long time and the narrative journey #FaerieDragon goes on is a beautiful one imo. After though, I reconsidered her relationships.

As a result, Lirya ended up being put with Wuk Lamat as a romance and my friend and I talked about a character I was considering making who could be with his. That character ended up becoming Akiko. Due to some circumstances though, I've had to say goodbye to that friend, and as such+

that particular romance died before it could begin. Ironically, a different friend has since expressed a love for my mischievous girl, and Akiko gets to lovingly torment a bnuuy to her hearts content. As for my other characters, I never really considered them with anyone else, so. Yeah.

When I made Lirya as an alt to replay the story again and check out the hrothgar race, I ended up falling in love with her as a character and expanding her into my lore. As a result, I considered her being with Faere. A friend of mine also voiced wanting Faere to be with their character too.

I hemmed and hawed about it for a long time. Developing the story in my notes for a Moonflower in Bloom lead me right back to the ship that was the most believable to me, which is Faere and Estinien. They're kindred hearts, and they both understand the struggle of the other. That's important to me.

#Nightverse Faere enjoys offering affection, but it's gentle. She's not the kind of person who will overwhelm with abundant affection. She's the kind of person who will cradle with care rather than risk shattering something precious with too much. Quiet and sturdy rather than loud and overwhelming.
