The arms arm bound to the L and R thumbsticks on a gamepad respectively - holding te left shoulder button toggles into the mode and deactivates their usual function of running around and what not. Vtubing is fun.

Just played this and it was a lovely experience (I'm saying this as someone who doesn't like horror as a genre). Felt like a campfire story, and the folklore element was really fun to see.
