Meanwhile, on Facebook.... (There was a Jacob Graner who recently passed, but he played for UTSA... and didn't look like this guy in the obviously AI jersey)

I don't know about you, but I'm waiting on the property tax relief from the casinos. Maybe if we help FanDuel and BetMGM make even more money, things will get better.

There is a special room in hell for the people who sign off on bullshit like this.

"Nothing has changed." There are two very distinct ways of applying those three words to where Nebraska sits after seven games: one good, one bad. Both are completely accurate. More on where NU is at, and where they go from here: www.si.com/college/nebr...

si.comDave Feit: Nothing Has Changed for NebraskaBy all means, be mad, be sad, disappointed, depressed, or whatever you want to be about this loss. I know I am. In the wake of the game, my primary emotion w

Newly released ticket price + donation amounts for Memorial Stadium in 2027. There are some big price drops compared to what folks have been paying.

Um... Nebraska lost yesterday. And this picture appears to be from an older game against Iowa (which, unless it was taken during the Obama administration, means NU lost that game too).

For the sake of argument, let's say that keeping Nebraska down is the centerpiece of MCFGA. Even then, it would be a failure as Nebraska hasn't exactly been a powerhouse for a while.

Very nice of LSU to take focus away from how poorly Penn State firing James Franklin is aging.

LSU paid Brian Kelly 54 million dollars to go away, and then turned around to hire a guy for nearly twice that amount to do the exact same thing Brian Kelly was already doing.

Given the context of the original Osborn quote, wouldn't anybody holding these up at today's rally/cult meeting be saying that their lives suck?

Let me ask an honest, non-trolling question: What has the Pillen administration - or the Nebraska Republican party at large - done to support adoption in this state in the last four years?

We encountered a handful of these protesters on Sunday, and it was the first time I've seen anybody at an anti-abortion rally holding a pro-adoption sign. Our third and final adoption was in 2013. I can tell you that despite a very vocal "pro life" lobby, state adoption benefits were non-existent.

Indiana's turnaround is one of the most amazing accomplishments in college football's history. Cignetti's 32-2 record is a complete flip at what has been one of the worst programs in the history of CFB. How bad was it? These stats blow my mind: 🧵

If Indiana goes 16-0 forever - and Nebraska goes 0-12 forever - the Hoosiers would not pass Nebraska in all-time winning percentage until game 5 of the 2050 season. The 2050 national championship game would tie Indiana with Nebraska's current win total of 936.

To be clear: I don't intend this as shade at Indiana. Rather, I want to give Cignetti proper credit and respect for the amazing turnaround he has done there.

If Indiana goes continues on their current undefeated run - going 16-0 for the foreseeable future - the Hoosier program won't hit .500 all-time until game 2 of the 2037 season. (I'm using the win totals from the Hoosier media guide. There is a shockingly wide discrepancy on IU's overall record)

Maryland had us in the first half - I'm not gonna lie - but Nebraska's win told us a lot about the character of this team. This is important as NU reaches a fork in the road in their quest to avoid a repeat of the 2016 season. Read more: www.si.com/college/nebr...
