just fulfilled my long-time dream of automatically putting together a playlist of 125–135 BPM high-energy songs in ascending tempo order based on my Spotify listening history!

the web platform is crazy. in 3 days I've discovered 1. there's a gamepad api, 2. line-clamp lets you truncate text containers by amount of lines, 3. you can now animate display: none → display: block through transition-behavior: allow-discrete. all mostly available according to caniuse

got the "Stream on Spotify" integration working. out of the 1055 albums in my library, MusicBrainz had a Spotify link for at least one release in a release group for 423 of them. not bad

> The country flags in Unicode are represented as pairs of regional indicator symbols. Each flag is made up of two regional indicator letters, which correspond to the country’s ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code ok this is quite clever!

"Show me your flowcharts and conceal your tables, and I shall continue to be mystified. Show me your tables, and I won't usually need your flowcharts; they'll be obvious" well, here are the flowcharts anyway

You are up to date.
