Overhead while boarding the plane: “…and so I’m going down there because they made a great discovery… they found a food that reduces homosexual desire by 95%… they call it wedding cake.”

Oof… was transmitting 500MHz off the frequency I wanted. No wonder my code wasn’t working, and the receiver and Specan weren’t picking up anything.

Megaplex crowd is kind of insufferable this year: - Ew hotel used AI images for promotion materials - Ew someone’s using a large format camera at the pool Okay what do you want art or slop?

“You don’t have do training on XYZ because the AI model has already been trained on it. You can now focus on more important parts of your work.” ….uhh ….no?

I have a Friday Pre-Party ticket and an Early Entry + VIP ticket for ABGT700 available if someone is interested. (Mutuals or those knowing mutuals preferred)

The seafood/music festival I went to is still irritating me. A sizable number of the food stalls weren’t local (e.g. state fair-style). We’re at the Sound. Surely there should be enough seafood vendors around?

All I want to do is find pictures for my class assignment, but half the images I'm finding are AI generated. And that's even with filtering out AI images on sites that have the option.
