8 years ago, 11 innocent people at the Tree of Life synagogue here in Western PA were brutally murdered in a vile, antisemitic attack. Today and always, we remember Joyce, Richard, Rose, Jerry, Cecil, David, Bernice, Sylvan, Daniel, Melvin, and Irving.

Was an honor to meet these Pennsylvanians with the National Down Syndrome Congress today. From the IDEA Full Funding Act to the SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act, making sure people with disabilities have the appropriate resources and benefits they need is a priority.

Shut our government down and America loses. 2 MILLION Pennsylvanians depend on SNAP to feed their families. For me, it’s hungry Americans over party. Paying our military over party. Paying Capitol Police and federal workers over party. I choose country over party.

“Now, life.” - Eli Sharabi, former hostage, on resilience and optimism. The nightmare finally ends. May the hostages have a full recovery and may we never forget those who didn’t make it out alive. Credit to President Trump for a breakthrough ceasefire of this awful war.

Sept. 11 is a solemn reminder of the lives taken from us at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. May we continue to honor their memories and the courageous actions of our first responders, volunteers, and military in the days after.

I’ve always maintained that all work has dignity, the Union Way of Life is sacred, and that it’s past time we pay people a livable wage. I’m 💯 celebrating the hardworking men and women who keep our country running—this Labor Day, and always. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The housing crisis isn’t a 🔴 or 🔵 issue—it impacts us all and Americans need solutions. Grateful to be in West Philly with the Philadelphia Housing Authority checking out their progress in developing 1,000 new units. Great things happen when we cut through the noise and deliver.

I’ve made clear I’d work across the aisle, find common ground, and secure wins for PA. After a few good-faith meetings, I thank Secretary Duffy for being a man of his word and putting politics aside. We will now have $1 BILLION in infrastructure funding released for our commonwealth.

In an often cruel world, especially online with social media, we’ve got to do everything we can to support our kids and their mental health. Had a great conversation with folks from the National Association of School Psychologists about why that matters and ways to support them.

I hope many would agree the Chinese government and other U.S. adversaries should own ZERO agricultural land in our great country. This is really a national security issue + also a food security issue. Proud to partner with Senator Ricketts on this. www.foxnews.com/politics/sen...

foxnews.comSenators Ricketts, Fetterman unite against China's quiet invasion of US farmlandRepublican Sen. Pete Ricketts and Democrat Sen. John Fetterman introduced a bipartisan bill to strengthen oversight on foreign ownership of American farmland amid Chinese investments.

Last week, Gallup polled only 36% of Democrats are “extremely or very proud” to be American. In the greatest country in the world, that’s just wrong. I’m unapologetically grateful for our nation and the American Way of Life—today, and always. Happy Birthday, America. 🇺🇸

Not one single Democrat will vote for the “big beautiful bill.” I’m here to vote on these amendments and keep the ball rolling. I’m a HARD NO on the final bill and won’t support cutting Medicaid, SNAP or adding up to $5T to our national debt.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States are citizens of the United States. I swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and I believe the effort to end birthright citizenship will ultimately fail—as it should.

I’ve made clear I’m strongly against any bill that cuts Medicaid, a stance even some of my Republican colleagues agree with. These civil rights leaders understand why we must protect it and other programs like SNAP—and I reiterated my commitment to doing so.

I’ve had many conversations with Pennsylvanians about Medicaid—a program that I’m committed to protecting for the millions of lives that rely on it. One of those conversations was with a kind little boy from Tioga County named Ian. His mother Jodi shared their story with me.

I told Fox this morning we should 100% deport the criminal migrants in our country––not the hardworking migrants who make it great. At significant personal risk, this Afghani man aided our military in a war zone. This is un-American + a betrayal that ICE must make right.

Senator McCormick and I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating PA’s Congressional Award Gold Medalists for their hundreds of hours of voluntary public service, personal development, and more. Sarah C., Sarah L., Ria, Adam, Sathvik and Alexander—you’ve made us all very proud.

Dominic is an incredible little dude. Because of pre-birth surgery he received to correct Spina Bifida at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia thanks to NIH research, he’s with us here today + enjoying the office and his new gavel. We’ve got to keep investing in any opportunity to save lives.

In the next year, Philly will host major international events like the World Cup and our nation’s 250th birthday. It doesn’t sound like FAA has a sufficient plan to handle the travel volume—yet. I’m committed to working with officials to make sure we get there.

A special meeting with religious leaders from Pennsylvania and across the country, all advocating to restore forgotten communities from environmental harms they’ve experienced—a cause I’ve championed since being a mayor. Grateful for their leadership and to be here with them.

Spending time this 81st Anniversary of D-Day to reflect on all who fought for the survival of liberty and freedom against tyranny and oppression. Through service and sacrifice, those brave men and women created lasting legacies that we must honor—not just today, but always.

Nearly 300k Pennsylvanians would lose Medicaid coverage. Pennsylvania families would see a rise in energy costs up to $1200. Domestic manufacturing tax credits would be rolled back and the U.S. would lose $50 billion. And now this massive deficit added. Once again, I am a NO.

Like I said during our hearing a few weeks ago, immigration isn’t just about securing the border. It’s also about helping people in need. Proud to stand with these refugee community leaders from across Pennsylvania as we work to restore the Refugee Admissions Program.

Adding a warning label + links to mental health resources is a simple option to help anybody using social media, especially our kids. Grateful to partner with my friend, Sen. Katie Britt, to reintroduce the Stop the Scroll Act to get this done.

Honored to speak in ❤️CAMBRIA COUNTY❤️ at the Showcase for Commerce here in Johnstown. Pennsylvania businesses, contractors and union workers all play a crucial role in our national defense. Proud to be here recognizing their work and to continue offering my full support.

Revitalizing communities isn’t a 🔴 or 🔵 issue. We must work together to help make sure every Pennsylvanian has a chance to do well. Grateful to be in Erie with HUD Secretary Scott Turner and PA leaders finding common ground to help all Pennsylvanians. 👍

While we celebrate Memorial Day today, I hope we continue to remember our freedom is never free, honor our fallen heroes and their loved ones, and keep their legacies alive. We are a safer and stronger country thanks to their service, and we should never forget it. 🇺🇸

Whether it’s Peace Officers Memorial Day or any other day, I’m thankful for all local, state, and federal law enforcement officers who serve and protect our communities. For their service, those who were injured, and those who died in the line of duty—we owe a debt of gratitude.

The Community College of Beaver County is the Harvard of air traffic control schools + plays a huge role in training the next gen of air traffic controllers. It’s good news to have officials on the record supporting these kinds of crucial training programs.
