The event will comprise four talks split into two sessions of two, and a separate panel session. Each talk will be 25 minutes, with a short time for questions. The panel session will be guided with some initial questions from the host, before moving to an audience-based question and answer session.

Dr Rachel Player is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her main research interests are in post-quantum cryptography and homomorphic encryption.

Dr. David Archer is Chief Technology Officer of Niobium, maker of cutting-edge hardware acceleration for Fully Homomorphic Encryption. Dr. Archer has over 40 years of experience in developing processor and memory systems, distributed software systems, cryptography, and data-intensive systems.

Dr. Archer was Principal Investigator on 10 DARPA programs related to information security, has co-authored 15 papers on privacy preserving technologies.

He was a founding member of the United Nations Privacy Preserving Task Team; served as a judge in the US PETs Prize Challenge; and served on the cryptographic advisory board of the Callisto Project.

Announcing the FHE.org 2027 Conference Program Chairs: * Dr David Archer (Niobium) * Dr Rachel Player (Royal Holloway, UK) Both have agreed to serve as the Program Chairs for the 2027 edition of the FHE.org conference in Seattle, WA USA. We thank our advisory board for selecting the chairs.
