Iowa GOP House candidate Joe Mitchell is in a resurfaced video from his Drake University days, tearfully ranting about his penis size. The 19 year old at time, also said he wanted to marry a Black woman so his kids wouldn't be white. His campaign didn't dispute its authenticity.
