I spent the morning at a park, walking, enjoying the weather, and listening to the birds singing. ☺️ Still a teeny bit congested, but definitely feeling better.

The immigration issue here in the US isn't just about politics or borders or ICE. It's about having empathy for others and kindness. It's about being a decent human being. You don't need to have certain religious or political beliefs to help others. You just need compassion.

I got my second dose of the shingles vaccine today (I had chickenpox as a kid so I'm not taking any chances). Other than a sore arm, I feel fine. I didn't know that there was a chance it could also protect against dementia. Health bonus! 💪 www.theguardian.com/society/2026...
